1. Service Description

Frónesis provides modular software development and consulting services, including the creation of landing pages (Digital Boost) and custom management systems (Modular Software).

2. Maintenance Methodology

To ensure maximum stability and service quality, Frónesis operates under a structured maintenance scheme:

  • Adjustment Requests: Aesthetic or minor change requests are grouped and processed every 15 days (usually on Mondays).
  • Critical Emergencies: Failures that prevent business operation (site downtime, payment gateway errors) are addressed with high priority within less than 24 hours.

3. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing the necessary information and access for project development. Frónesis is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to deliver materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Once the project is completed and paid for, the client owns the usage rights to the developed software. Frónesis reserves the right to use screenshots or project references for its portfolio, unless a prior confidentiality agreement exists.

5. Consulting Philosophy

As a consulting agency, Frónesis has the duty to inform the client if a requested functionality is considered technically or strategically unfeasible or harmful to the project's scalability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Frónesis does not guarantee specific commercial results (such as an exact number of sales), as business success depends on factors external to the developed technology.

7. Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days. Due to economic volatility, after that period the amounts are subject to re-evaluation. The service is contracted by modules, paying 50% upfront to start and the remaining 50% prior to final delivery or production deployment. In case of client delays longer than 15 days in providing materials or approvals, the outstanding balance may be updated according to accumulated inflation or exchange rate variations, always informing the new amount before continuing.
